Roll Out Your Feet

Roll Out Your Feet (Why It’s Important for Your Knees, Hips & Spine) Your feet are a conduit of energy that directly goes to your knees, hips and spine. With the invention of the robber sole we have cut off much of our energy supply and this is said to be one of the reasons joint replacements are more popular than ever. Instead of throwing out all our rubber soles, how about adding in walking barefoot and exercises for the feet to keep them open, strong and energized?

on Standing

Standing is actually one of the most important things we do that affects how our spine, hips, knees all feel at the end of the day. AND it's one of THE hardest to train because we know that we know how to walk. Take your age and subtract one year. That is how long we have been training walking. This sheds a little light on ways to break up our old patterns and create alignment that helps sustain our bone and joint health.
